A Trader Joe’s G.F. Tea Party
Obviously I love Trader Joes. I appreciate the many gluten-free options they have on their shelves. I decided to make an EASY menu for the tea party enthusiast who enjoys Trader Joes as much as I do.
Trader Joe's Gluten-Free Products
Oh the flowers! It was hard to choose. Trader Joes has the best flowers and the best prices! I stuck with pink roses and eucalyptus. The pink roses looked peach-hued in the afternoon sunlight and a romantic pink in early evening light. Gorgeous!
Here are some of the EASY menu items. There is a range from ready-to-use, minor adjustments, and simple recipes. *Click on the titles of Fruity Cuties Treats and Chocolate Mousse for the recipes.

Egg Salad Toast
Gluten-free bread always tastes better toasted. Even if the toast cools, the texture of it remains. So for this delicious option, toast the bread, cut into rectangles, top with the egg salad, and add a tiny sprig of parsley.

Curry Chicken Salad Sandwiches
The curry chicken salad is a delicious addition to any tea party. Next time, I will chop the chicken salad a bit first, so that there are finer bits of chicken chunks.

Meringues with Dried Strawberries
Meringues are delicate and beautiful. To create a pop of color, I added a tiny bit of frosting made from powdered sugar and heavy cream and adhered a freeze dried strawberry.

Fruity Jellies and Tiny Fruity Cuties Treats
Fruity Jellies are a fun way to whimsy. Rice Crispy treats, or in this case, Fruity Cuties treats, are not traditional for tea parties, but too fun to resist.

Coconut Macaroons and English Toffee
Coconut Macaroons can stand on their own, but I decided to coat the bottom with frosting and press in finely chopped candied pecans. English toffee is stacked in the center of the plate.

Chocolate Mousse with Chocolate Chip Cookie Crumble
Have you had chocolate mousse made with cream cheese? I love anything that reminds me of cheesecake. Crunchy chocolate chip cookies are the perfect counterpart to this creamy dessert.
