Decorating with Shades of Brown
Brown is one of my favorite colors to decorate with. I love that it adds depth and richness. Brown is also a shade that works well with other colors, such as green.
Always say yes to vintage books. A ruined cover only adds character. And say yes to vintage tins!
My daughter and I love birds. Naturally, this plate drew me in. The plate is from 1884. It is the perfect combination of nature and typography. The alphabet reminds me of my days as a teacher.
