About

  • a tea enthusiast
  • a lover of fine china
  • a reader of fairy tales
  • a collector of vintage beauties
  • a lifelong learner
  • a daughter, sister, wife, mother
  • a heartfelt believer

This photo was taken with me as a baby, my sister, my great grandmother – who we called Nanan, and my Grandmama. My great grandmother had a lilting Scottish accent, a dimpled smile, and a feisty humor. She too loved tea, and I inherited her treasured tea set.

  • to celebrate my Grandmama
  • to fulfill a dream
  • to share my passion
  • to connect with others
  • to craft and create
  • to put together, that which otherwise doesn’t exist

Teaching has been incredibly fulfilling. It allowed me to be creative while also shaping me into a better person. Stepping away from my career is a risk. But one worth taking. I want to be brave in this new venture.

Tea parties for my friends through the years

The greatest gift in stepping away from my demanding career, is the reset on life. I’m able to slow down. Breathe. I can savor God’s word. I’m blessed to have Him direct my path.
