Broken china pendant of the “Maker’s Mark” and genuine freshwater pearl. Pendant 1 ½” width x 1 ½” height. Gold nickel-free chain 25 inches long. The back of the pendant has a bit of print on it. (No clasp – as this is an extra-long chain.)

I create the type of jewelry I want for myself. (My passion is vintage teacups and plates!) The edges of the china are ground to create a smooth perimeter and coated with sealant for protection. I include paper cards with an image of the original plate or teacup and the maker’s mark. The antique china has lived a storied life and often includes small imperfections such as crazing (fine, hairline cracks that appear only in the top glaze.) Each piece of jewelry is truly one-of-a-kind.
