Decorating with Shades of Brown
Brown is one of my favorite colors to decorate with. I love that it adds depth and richness. Brown is also a shade that works well with other colors, such as green.
Always say yes to vintage books. A ruined cover only adds character. And say yes to vintage tins!
We love birds so naturally this plate drew me in. The plate is from 1884. It is the perfect combination of nature and typography. The alphabet reminds me of my days as a teacher.
